March News Release for 2010

Datacraft further extends SK broadband's network capacity Singapore, 10 Mar 2010 - SK broadband, Korea's leading broadband provider, has engaged Datacraft once again to further expand its network capacity to cope with a huge rise in demand for multimedia services. The new project called for the creation of 32 points of presence (POP) sites from four POP hubs to expand coverage over the whole of Korea - all in the span of one month. Datacraft completed a network expansion project for SK broadband during summer of 2009, to enable a host of new IP-based multimedia services for both their corporate and residential customers. Following the project completion, the service provider observed an overwhelming demand for internet protocol television (IPTV). To SK broadband, upholding quality of services for customers was their top priority and they knew they had to act fast to boost their network capacity once again. We have seen the use of multimedia applications, particularly IPTV skyrocket towards the end of last year," said a spokesperson for SK broadband. To cater for this upsurge in demand, as well as to retain the quality of service for our existing customers, we needed to increase our network capacity immediately. Naturally, we looked to our long-time IT partner, Datacraft, to address the situation. Datacraft designed a new architecture to support an improved IP backbone over the four POP hubs - Kangbuk, Kangnam, Seobu and Dongbu - from which the 32 POPs branched out over the country. This served as one exclusive network to secure the quality and stability needed for real-time broadcasts. In addition, poorly performing switches were replaced to enhance network efficiency. The timeline for the project was extremely tight so it required a high level of in-country logistics expertise and project management know-how. Datacraft has a strong track record in network integration projects, so it could anticipate potential issues and pre-empt them early on in the implementation process to ensure the smoothly and timely completion of the project. It was a challenging deadline, but one that we had the confidence to meet thanks to our in-depth knowledge of the client's network, local market and the technology required. This project also reaffirms our ability to troubleshoot and meet stringent service level agreements, and our deep technical expertise in the IPTV networking domain, said Eric Choi, General Manager for Datacraft Korea. We are honored to be able to help SK broadband meet their business goals, by capturing the growing market for broadband IP services in Korea. ### About Datacraft
